UFC 195 Lawler Vs Condit Replay Video Link: Did Robbie Really Win? – The Bitbag

Just days after everyone welcomed the new year, two unbelievable mixed martial arts’ fighters gave us a dream match that nobody could have expected. The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight title came down to an unforgettable 25-minute brawl against Robbie Lawler and Carlos Condit during UFC 195 in which Lawler earned enough points to win the split decision and keep the championship, according to MMA Fighting.

The fight instantly became a classic match when Lawler (27-10 MMA, 12-4 UFC) came back from disappointing third and fourth rounds to give him the leverage he needed to still come out on top. UFC President Dana White was even quick enough to call it a performance to remember.

“He’s never in a boring fight,” White said in an interview with UFC. “When he gets hurt he continues to go toe-to-toe. … I respect so much when you’re in a fight like this and you have to come out in that fifth round and do what Robbie did. And he did it – great fight.”

Condit was confident enough to say that what he put out in the octagon was enough to bring him the championship. “I felt like I had three rounds in the bad, but that’s why you don’t leave things to the judges,” he said in an interview according to MMA Junkie.

Lawler on the other hand had nothing but respect for his opponent during the hellis 25-miute match. “He was everything everyone said he was,” Lawler said in an interview according to MMA Junkie. “We battled it out,” he added. “There were two winners tonight, and still. Let’s do it again.”
